Investors
Dr Saskia Ricks
Platform Engineer
Saskia studied biology at Imperial College London, before undertaking a MSc in Epidemiology followed by a PhD at the MRC Centre for Global Infectious Disease Analysis. Her PhD focusses on the impact novel diagnostics may have on infectious disease epidemics, specifically tuberculosis and COVID-19.
At Bactobio, Saskia is working on developing the database and strengthening the feedback loop between data and laboratory experiments.
Outside of the office, Saskia’s main interest is triathlons.
