Caspar is currently studying Biological Sciences and Philosophy at Cornell University, combining his interests in science and critical thinking.

Before joining Bactobio, he gained experience in nonprofit project management, green energy research, and customer service, supporting mission-driven and research-focused initiatives.

At Bactobio, Caspar is part of the Operations team, where he contributes to market research, administrative support, and the smooth running of day-to-day operations across both lab and office settings.

Outside of work, Caspar enjoys padel, wrestling, running, climbing, and reading.
