Caterina pursued Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Trento and transitioned into Project Management and Operations in the tech industry after completing her studies. She is PRINCE2 certified and has received Lean Six Sigma training. Currently, Caterina is furthering her expertise by undertaking an MBA at Imperial College Business School.

At Bactobio, she collaborates with senior leadership to shape the company’s long-term operational strategy, manage projects to enhance efficiency and ensure that internal KPIs are consistently met.

Outside the office, Caterina is an avid reader and enjoys discovering museums and galleries across London. She also stays active by practising Pilates.
