Theodor Schwillo holds a Bachelor of Science (2013) in Industrial Engineering from RWTH Aachen University. Theo has extensive experience in finance and management, working across various industries with a focus on administrative processes and financial oversight.

Prior to joining Bactobio, Theo was a Management Assistant at OSPIN GmbH (now Synaptic Lab), where he was instrumental in refining administrative processes and structures. Before that, he founded his own venture, focusing on product development. Earlier in his career, he served as Finance & Accounting Manager at Makea Industries GmbH (Fab Lab Berlin), where he consolidated and optimised financial and administrative workflows.

At Bactobio, Theodor plays a key role within the Financial Operations team as a Finance Consultant. His primary responsibilities include managing grants, overseeing accounting and bookkeeping, and producing financial reports to support the company's strategic growth.

In his free time, Theodor is passionate about technology, reading, and hands-on building projects.
