Aditya is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a B.Com in Accounting from the University of Mumbai (2014). With a strong foundation in finance and accounting, he has developed expertise in financial forecasting, compliance, and strategic financial management.

Before joining Bactobio, Aditya worked as a Finance Analyst at Fertifa Limited, a health tech startup, overseeing financial operations, reporting, and compliance. Prior to that, he was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where he advised multinational clients on digital transformation, ERP implementation, and financial analysis for banking and financial institutions. These roles honed his analytical skills and strengthened his ability to drive financial efficiency in fast-paced environments.

As Finance Manager at Bactobio, Aditya oversees bookkeeping, payroll, budgeting, and grant management. He ensures accurate financial reporting and compliance while developing financial strategies to support Bactobio's mission.

In his free time, Aditya enjoys hiking, trail walking, photography, and cooking. His experiences living and working in four different countries have deepened his appreciation for diverse cultures and cuisines.
