Alicia’s skills include managing the end-to-end employee cycle, automation, people analytics, and employee relations. Previously a People Assistant at Gravita, she streamlined HR systems, handled employee queries, managed benefits, and improved training programs.

As a People & Operations Associate at Bactobio, Alicia coordinates recruitment, HR record-keeping, and employee engagement while supporting office and lab management to boost operational efficiency.
