Grace completed her BSc in Microbiology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. As an undergraduate, she worked in the Gibbons Lab to identify genes associated with the thermotolerance of the fungal pathogen Aspergillus fumigatus.

At Bactobio, she works in the microbial generation team and is primarily responsible for the whole genome sequencing of novel microbes.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys running, reading, and going to the beach when the weather permits.
