Dr Henry Wilkinson

Product Development Lead

Henry Wilkinson holds a PhD in Biochemical Engineering from University College London (2019) and a Master in Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry from the University of Oxford (2014).


Before joining Bactobio, Henry was the Predictive Immobilisation Plate (PIP) Product Development Lead at FabricNano, a biotech company focused on cell-free biomanufacturing. He was the driving force behind the development and commercialisation of the PIP, leading a team of up to 20 people to transform the technology into a customer-ready product.


At Bactobio, Henry plays a key role in shaping our product, licensing and partnership strategy. He works across scientific and business functions to develop Bactobio's products in-house and with our partners and advancing the commercialisation of novel microbial solutions.


Outside of work, Henry enjoys running, tennis, and gardening.
